Mrs. Elizabeth A. Williams, widow of Joel Williams, died Sunday evening at about eight o'clock at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. William Todd, at 1010 east College street after an illness of four days with pneumonia. She came here from Parkersburg a few days ago and was stricken with the disease grew rapidly worse and died. Her husband was the first union soldier of the civil war to volunteer from Pulaski county, Ky. She is a member of the Christian church at Parkersburg. She leaves four children, Anderson Williams of near this city, Mrs. Catherine Adams of Parkersburg, Mrs. Susan Todd and Mrs. Sarah Todd of Kentucky. The funeral will take place at the Parkersburg Christian church on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. The interment will take place at the cemetery nearby. - thanks to Kim H
